What makes these cookies healthier?

We have a comparison that shows how our cookies are nutritionally superior to the unhealthy versions and the "healthier versions" alike, with around 8-10g of protein per 100 calories, our cookies are lower in calories, sugar, fat, carbs with the same great taste of the unhealthier versions due to our scratch bake methods and quality ingredients maximising taste and freshness.

What process does our cookies go through

Our batter is matured over 24 hours to deepen the flavours and then frozen for 24 hours to give it the snap crunch on the outside when we bake. Our cookies are then sealed in our airtight packaging with a blast of nitrogen to maximise freshness - other brands send in boxes where staleness and freshness are compromised. After being sealed they're dispatched.

How to store once receiving

All our cookies are individually sealed so no need for extra storing facilities - you can pop them in the oven for a couple of mins or the microwave for 30 secs to give the fresh out the oven warmth.
